How are servers checked?Answer:
All servers are monitored from numerous locations (currently San Jose, CA , Fremont, CA and Houston, TX) in order to provide an accurate and responsible check output. Occasionally one location will report your server as down, while others will report it as up. This is due to routing issues from one location to another. All servers are checked from these servers using php , tcp and UDP checks every 1-2 minutes. We ensure that these servers are up and running, providing you with a login to verify these checks are indeed working properly.
