Subject: Order Links / Billing Client Changes
Because of a few undisclosed reasons, Linux Tech Networks is moving away from the modernbill billing client and towards LPanel.
Due to this move, the billing client itself may throw out invalid data, such as double invoicing (not billing, just invoicing). Please, bear with us and we'll get the problem soon as quickly as possible.
This will affect new orders, temporarily. To place a new order, please, Contact Us and we will supply you with the correct ordering link.
We hope to have the new billing client integrated fully within the next 48 hours.
Unfortunately, this also brings to an end our relationship with Modernbill, as a reseller. While it is an unfortunate event, it is also one that was necessary, due to actions taken by their team of late.
