Subject: New Support System
I've moved everything FROM the billing helpdesk to a separate helpdesk. Over the next few days, you'll see new email addresses for sales, support, abuse, spam and whatnot over the website, all will be handled by the support desk itself.
In addition, eventually, all of the logged stuff will be handled directly by this system, made viewable to the individuals responsible for the systems. I'm in the process of setting up the filters for said system now, and they should be in place within the next few days.
The address to this system is http://support.linux-tech.net . It's been integrated somewhat into the billing system (your user/pass WILL work after your forum account is created), so you won't need to remember two different logins (or you shouldn't).
Look for more updates to this as they come along.
