Pro Active Updates
If something needs to be updated, we take care of it, within 2 weeks. We take care of all client servers in a professional fashion, which is why we say 2 weeks. Sometimes it's earlier, sometimes it's later, it really all depends on the product, and when we deem it to be safe.
Example:
PHP version 5.x comes out and is a pretty major security release, on Friday the 13th.
On Friday the 13th, we release this to our own test servers to investigate the problems that could be had by placing it on client servers, and start the patching we need to do to make it work
IF nothing major breaks, we will get this patch rolled out to all clients over the weekend, before Monday the 16th. If not, we will wait until it is deemed safe and the bugs have been worked around
