* While we would rather not limit the time spent with our clients, it is impossible to offer "unlimited" time to clients. The times allotted are per server, and billed in 15 minute increments.
** PCI Compliance is handled on a per device (domain/ip/etc). One device will be enabled per client, and it must reside on the server being managed. Additional devices are available, please contact us for more information

Level 1: Access to helpdesk based support only. No phone or site IM based support will be provided.
Level 2: Access to helpdesk and site IM based support only. No phone based support will be provided
