Support Method
While we'd like to offer support to every client via every method imaginable, we find that we can not do that and keep prices extremely low. For this reason, we have developed a very simple method for you to choose your support method. ALL clients will have access to 'site messenger' and the client area, but that's where the similarities end. I.M. and Toll Free support are not always needed, and you shouldn't have to pay for them if you don't need them, so they're not included in the base package.
