ALL packages provide support through your helpdesk, and guarantee a 24 hour resolution. Most of the time, we're on the ball and resolving issues much quicker, however, there are the occasional issues that take a bit longer.
Please keep in mind that the 24 hour resolution is ONLY as good as your client's responses. If your client takes 23 hours to respond, it's kind of hard to resolve the problem in 24 hours
